He is currently Associate Professor MS-5, Level A3 at the Institute of Physics of S\u00e3o Carlos, University of S\u00e3o Paulo. He has experience in Physics, with emphasis on the Study of the Structure of Crystalline and Amorphous Solids; working mainly on the following topics: Characterization of the local and electronic structure of Ceramic Materials, Vitreous and Nanostructured Oxides, using the following techniques: X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy (EXAFS-XANES), X-ray Diffraction, Raman Spectroscopy.
