Biasotto es la autora principal del art\u00edculo \u201cGrafeno Aerogeles decorados con nanopart\u00edculas de Ag como sustratos 3D SERS para Biosensing\u201d publicado en la revista cient\u00edfica Particle &amp; Particle Systems Characterization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El art\u00edculo relata el desarrollo del dispositivo, que fue creado por el sustrato Raman, basado en un aerogel compuesto de \u00f3xido de grafeno reducido decorado con nanopart\u00edculas de plata, que es sensible y espec\u00edfico para la detecci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n confiable de especies qu\u00edmicas y biol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una entrevista para la asesor\u00eda del CDMF, la investigadora explic\u00f3 que el \u00f3xido de grafeno puede ser reducido y sus propiedades conductoras restauradas mediante tratamiento t\u00e9rmico, hidrot\u00e9rmico o de reducci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica, usando reactivos como \u00e1cido L-asc\u00f3rbico, bisulfito de sodio, boro hidruro de sodio e hidrazina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo desarrollado result\u00f3 en un aparato biosensor nuevo, vers\u00e1til y de bajo costo, de acuerdo con la investigadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa plataforma mostr\u00f3 una alta sensibilidad en las pruebas, con resultados promesorios para su uso en la pandemia actual. Por lo tanto, los pr\u00f3ximos pasos de la investigaci\u00f3n se centrar\u00e1n en la aplicaci\u00f3n del dispositivo para las pruebas de diagn\u00f3stico r\u00e1pido de COVID-19 \u201d, comenta Biasotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>______________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CDMF<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El CDMF es uno de los Centros de Investigaci\u00f3n, Innovaci\u00f3n y Difusi\u00f3n (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/cepid.fapesp.br\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cepids<\/a>) apoyados por la Fundaci\u00f3n de Apoyo a la Investigaci\u00f3n del Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fapesp.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fapesp<\/a>), y tambi\u00e9n recibe inversi\u00f3n del Consejo Nacional de Desarrollo Cient\u00edfico y Tecnol\u00f3gico (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/cnpq\" target=\"_blank\">CNPq<\/a>), del Instituto Nacional de Materiales. Ciencia y Tecnolog\u00eda en Nanotecnolog\u00eda (INCTMN).
