BV-CDI-FAPESP CV Lattes ResearcherIDCarlos Ospina is researcher at the Electron Microscopy Laboratory, of the Brazilian Nanotechnology National Laboratory since 2013, where conducted a postdoctoral research on advanced structural characterization of nanostructured materials using different imaging, diffraction and spectroscopic Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Scanning TEM techniques (2010-2012). He obtained his PhD degree in physics at the Brazilian Center for Research in Physics (2005-2010), for his work on High-Resolution TEM characterization of different growth stages of hydroxyapatite-based materials. He obtained his physics degree at the Universidad de Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia (1998-2003), for his monograph on Non-Compact Groups in Theoretical Physics. He has also taught physics and theoretical-practical TEM at both graduate and postgraduate levels, in Colombia and Brazil. (Fonte: Currículo Lattes)
